How often do you do ankle weights in a week?

Q)just to clarify how often should i do this [b]in a week, also how much weights increments?

also i have few other questions:)

1)does skipping help?
2)does vertical jumps and perhaps with ankle weights help?
3)does kicking with ankle weights help?

I cant do any cycling as i don't have a bike and no swimming as i don't have time, is there any other alternatives? like the ones above?

Do em everyday, start light. Check out my post on the members forums. I have a very detailed ankle weight routine.

Is the major part cycling because I don't think Iv got timeto do it.

I was thinking doing alot of stretches 2 a day abit like yoga, ankle weights routine everyday or 5 days a week, hanging with ankle weights 2 a day and before bed, lots of pull ups, and going to gym 3 days a week.

My diet shall be lots of protein and supplements for joints and cartridge and plenty of calcium etc. Also getting 8-9 hrs sleep evry night. And no drinking or smoking.

Do you think this will get me somewhere, currently 174-5cm and would hope to grow 2inches and maybe abit more, my final target is to be 180 cm even at night. Is that possible to do it with my routines and how long would it may take??
