How flexible are you Wirey. Can you do the split ? Or do you just work on the spine flexibility.
Doing 30 minutes a day must be really good. I, sometimes, totally forget about doing the stretches. Oh well. But i woulnd't do it for 30 minutes. After all, 1 minute in the same position is way enough. And let's say you have max 10 positions, you have 10 minutes of stretching . 30 min is way too much IMHO. _________________ 19

Basically, same thing for me- didn't "want it bad" for a year, and if you don't give 100%, you're not going to grow. Doesn't make me feel bad, I other things to put my energy towards. However, I have been following a very intense routine the past 3 weeks. I feel like a new person.. _________________ Cheers,

This is so true. After gaining an inch 1/4 now im incredibly lazy. I stretch just a few times a week and don't put my all into it. First 4-5 months i was so intense. I havent lost any growth yet tho.
But from next week back to my proper routine, no interuppions, maximum effort. _________________ Starting height: 5'8"

Yeah, I think it's a point everyone reaches, pretty much right after you meet your initial goals. I don't see anything wrong with it, taking time to slow down, smell the flowers at your new height. I don't see it as wasted time at all, I put my efforts into things that were, quite frankly, more important to the big picture. _________________ Cheers,

Thanks wirey. I did the same too plus i had issues with my gf and exams and so on. Also when you KNOW what to do to get TALLER it is incredible how lazy you become. Cuz i start to think oh i can do that anytime!
But yes luckily no height lost, and onwards and upwards from monday. I need to reach 5ft 10! tc bro _________________ Starting height: 5'8"
