believe this has been requested by members throughout the forum. I believe it says that the forum consists of 600+ members although i'm dubious as to the number of active members. I, myself, despite having registered almost a year ago only started my height increase routine 6 months ago, and have only today decided to become a more active member.

I believe it would be to everybody's benefit if we could actually compile our respective data to gain a more comprehensive grasp of the best techniques and routines out there. Also, it would help doubters (btw, doubt is a good thing, don't be a tool) see that there are cases wherein post-puberty height increase is quite possible. I do have reservations as to the efficacy of any height-increase routine depending on the person, but in my personal experience, 3 inches of height gain seem well within my grasp.

I've decided to become a more active member, because of my recent successes, and the utter lack, or rather absence, of quality height increase sites out there. Despite WireySpindell's constant citation of Sky's website, i frankly think they're a bunch of 'tards from a 2nd rate school whose conviction and knowledge is questionable. Have you guys ever sent an e-mail to these guys... they're not that bright. Then again, i'm an elitist bastard... so maybe it's just me.

In short, i believe this should be a sufficient way to organize our profiles.

Age: 22
Ethnicity: Korean, residing in U.S.
Gender: Male
DOB: 07/10/1984
Father and Mother height: 5'9" and 5'2" respectively.
End of natural growth: around 18-19 (grew at least until freshman year of college)
Beginning of height increase routine: July 2006
Progress:
Beginning height: 5'9"
Current height: 5'11"
Primary area of growth: almost all in spine.
Exercise routine:
1. stretching: basically followed a routine from an e-book called 90 days that has me switching stretching routines every 2 weeks. I do them twice a day, everyday.
2. inversion table: 10-13 minutes with varying weights (whatever i feel stretches my spine, usually 20-30 lbs). twice a day, everyday. UPDATE FROM DUDNAITO: Actually, i go as much as 60 lbs. now although i can only hold 60 lbs. for 2 minute intervals at most. I usually use various weights, go 4 minutes with 30, then 2 minutes with 60, then etc...
3. ankle weights: haven't been too consistent and only tried it out for a month now. No gains from it so far... i'm thinking about combining it with bicycle routine.

Supplements:
Arginine, Glucosamine Chondoitrin, Calcium, Multivitamin (all 2 tablets a day). I drink plenty of milk and i have a bodybuilder's diet with 6 high protein meals a day.

This is all i can think of right now. Please contribute to this thread, and try to make posts as efficient as possible. Please do not make multiple posts, and instead edit the information, making sure to note the date that you edited it in the top of the post. If I'm missing anything, please inform us al. Hey dudnaito- I agree that a lot of Sky's methods and conclusions are sketchy, I basically just reference the success stories post there- they have received and posted the largest collection of success stories I have ever seen on the net. Plus, they go out of their way to help out other people for nothing in return, so I'm not going to hate.

1. stretching: followed the 6 month growth e-book (check my op for link)
2. Swimming 3-6 times a week.
Supplements:

I also achieve 3 cm height gain through stretching exercises, most of the gain on spine column.

Age :22 years old in November 2006
Ethics : Asian Chinese (Some place near Singapore)
]End of natural growth : Age of 17 . (Possible small growth afterwards but unnoticeable Mad )
Height before : 169+cm Height after :172+cm (now, maybe even taller)
Routine : Stretching exercises, Jumping, Anke weights. Only Stretching exercises achieve the best result.
Supplement : God liver Oil (flexicare), calcium , Royal Jelly etc.& Lots of Milk.
(Have try glucosamine b4, but abonded it cause too expensive)
New things to try : I just start my elevated seat cycling, I do feel the stretch. Its better than the ankle weight routine which do not work well for me.

I have been an active member here. ALWAYS the "Problem student", ask here & there

supplement: fish oil, and a lot of soy products and had tried alfalfa & bee pollen during the most intense training period for 3 months, not sure if the inch gain is from alfalfa or not

gain area: half a cm in spine
goal: 195 cm by the end of next summer and 200 cm by the end of summer 2008

routine: 20 minutes of streching a day following Wirey's E-book, 4 2 hour basketball practices and 1 game a week, 50-60 jumps a day and kicks with ankle weights

supplements: no particular supplements...i have always eaten healthy and i will continue to do so but i will eat more fruit, proteins and vegetables

Well after six months of my ''lazy routine'' I've decided to post my results. Six months ago I raised my bed bottom for 6 cm and I've slept with that height for half a year. Although the HI is not spectacular (1.5 cm), I've never grown that much during wintertime since I was 13. This week i decided to push my ''lazy routine'' to its limtits by raising bed bottom for another 10 cm. I had rough sleep for this week but my body is slowly accommodating. Since the summer is near I intend to add raised seat biking to my routine for whole summer. I'll post my results in another six months and I believe that by that time I can reach my goal. So much from me now...

I grew 2.5 inches in 1 year, i cant count it as a year because i stopped doing mch of the HI exercise on november and december 2006.

Generally i drank 3 cups of milk per day morning afternoon and evening. Jumped for 6000 times every night, bath and hang my legs with 10kg each. I do hanging on the chinup bar daily, about ( 10 times 1 minute ) X 3 sets per day. I also lift weights every week, i do bench exercise, never carry weights standing. Im currently sleeping without any pillow, might try to hang my legs at nite and observe the results.
