Hey guys ,
I'm a newbie and I 'm from france !!!
I 've just question about naturals supplements ? Is it really capital ? Yes or Not
Because I 'm just 18 and a half years old and my routine is simple ^^:
- morning : - stretching 30 min ( 15 exercices somestimes I practise these exercices between 40 and 1 hour )
- jumping (100-200 jumps )
- one or twice a week I swimm (for 7 years ) 1 hour and a half
- afternoon :- hanging 8 min (4 resp of 2 min )
- often cycling with a real cycle
-evening just before bed : stretching 20 min ( particulary cobra + super cobra )
otherwise I don't use weight or inversion table and naturals products !!
PS :tks for the future answers and I remind that I am French thus don't look at the faults of spelling !!  |

| Dude I'm like 20 and now i feel inferior to your routine lol.Supplements like multi vitamins/arganine aid your growth but I'm having only multi vitamin.What are your considering? |

I'm just thinking about the reaction of my parents !!
lol but I eat really well balanced like
-3 or 5 apples a day !!!
- calcium -> milk+ corn flakes + yoghurt+cheese without really fat
- orange juice (natural )
- vegetable |

| Don't forget meat ofcourse.Ive read that keeping a high protien six small meals a day diet plan boosts your hgh.Every body builder follows it.Just google |

But ...
I think that I can still grow up without my routine but the problem is my sleeping
In fact , when it's time to go bed i'm very excited but i although go so I sleep really around 2 am  _________________ hello guys,

but the sound sleep is more important than Rem sleep for the height ? true or false ?  _________________ hello guys,

so between midnight and 1 am
But if i go bed at midnight and can't sleep really my exercices couldn't be solidify ? yes or not ?  _________________ hello guys,
