Here's an article I found about growth spurts of 3 NBA players.
If you read the article, then you'll see that the 3rd player, Amare Stoudemire, is age 29 and got a one inch gain during the off season through back exercises. He is currently listed as 6'11" from a previous height of 6'10"
One inch gain may seem significant, but looking at this form a mathematical perspective, the height increase of one inch accounts for 1.2 % of his total height. (1 inch/82 inches) Let's say 1.2 % gain on a person who is 5'5", that would make it a gain of roughly .78 of an inch at that age. for one at 5' flat would be .73 on an inch. |

Wow that's really motivating.Thanks for posting!
I think a person's success largely depends on the diet he has been following and it definitely shows it here.Sportsmen Always follow a healthy lifestyle so the chances of them growing is more than a person with a not so good diet. |
