Hey Wirey,

Any success from your routine that you can post? You up to 5'11 yet? Very Happy He's wishing you luck to continued success and good growth. Looking forward to seeing your next 'success story' post. They are always so inspiring.

I myself have been using the Geocities website streches and have been soing pretty well at it. I'm 5'11.8" or so now. Originally, I thought I was 5'11.75" but it seems I was really only 5'11.5" so I've seen a modest growth since I started the streches but I must admit I'm not throwing myself into as much as I could. This, to me, means that I have the potential for growth which is highly motivating. I'm stongly considering purchasing an inversion table so that I can reach my goal of 6'1"-6'1.5".

If I don't, pretty soon you'll pass me! Smile

Yeah, the Geocities routine is great to start with, if you give it 6 months gaining at least an inch is highly likely. As for myself, I am trying some things out, can't really talk about it, but any successes I have will surely be posted. I know its vague, but if it helps, I feel good about my prospects.

Hey Wirey,

I think you promised the board an update around the New Year on the success of your new routine. Can you share what you've been doing and detail any growth you've had? Very Happy I've been dying to know for ages! I hope everything's gone well, and you've made some of the gains you were seeking. Looking forward to reading your update!

Wirey posts a lot on this forum, I simply refuse to believe he doesn't check his height everyday... If he doesn't want to share leave him alone.

For my part, I do measure everyday. That's why I'm here Laughing

Lol, I check every 3 months or so. Serious. Checking everyday is OCD, and will only hurt your cause.

I like to really have something to say when I make a big post, and right now I don't feel I'm at that point. I'm still working on some different things, and don't feel I'm at the point wherer I can put forth something of real value. Have faith that when I do (and I will), I will make a long post. until then, there are many stories of value to draw upon.
